When is the fireworks show?

  • Friday, July 3, at George W. Hodgins Stadium. The fireworks display begins at dusk.

What time do gates open?

  • Gates open at 6:00 PM. The show begins at 8 with fireworoks at dusk.

How much is admission?

  • Admission to the fireworks show is free.

What happens if it rains?

  • The show is scheduled for July 3. Any weather-related updates will be posted at paramus4thofjuly.com.

Where can I watch the fireworks?

Where do I park?

  • Parking is available at the Paramus High School lot, East Brook Middle School, Yavneh Academy and additional locations to be announced. For accessible parking, golf-cart shuttle, and street-closure details, see the Fireworks Information page.

Can I bring a chair?

  • Yes — chairs are welcome in the parking lot and outfield areas. On the Stadium Field, only blankets and towels are permitted; chairs are not allowed.

What entertainment will there be?

Will there be food?

  • Yes — a variety of food trucks will be on site. Food truck Festival admission is $5 per person.

Can I submit my name to perform?

  • Thank you for your interest, but we are not accepting talent at this time.

I'm a food vendor — how do I apply?

  • We are not accepting additional food vendors at this time.

Can I bring my pet? Are service animals allowed?

  • Pets are not permitted. In accordance with the ADA, trained service animals are welcome. See the Fireworks Information page for our full animal policy.

Am I allowed to fly a drone?

  • No. Drones are strictly prohibited.

Is there a security check?

  • Yes. All guests entering George W. Hodgins Stadium undergo security screening and bag inspection. Anyone who refuses will be denied entry.

Can I come and go during the fireworks?

  • For everyone's safety, the entire area is secured once the fireworks show begins, and no entry or exit is permitted until it ends.

  • Please be in your viewing spot before dusk.

Can groups hand out materials, set up tables, or demonstrate at the event?

  • To keep the event safe and accessible, vendors, tables, booths, and distributing materials require prior authorization, and solicitation is not permitted on the event grounds.

  • A designated area is available for expressive activity, open to all on the same terms — please ask event staff for its location. These rules apply equally to everyone, regardless of message.
